WE start with a 4 foot by 8 foot sheet and cut for the best yield in standard sizes. If you need custom cuts in other sizes, send us an email or call and we will take your order. Select size when adding to cart. Please allow 3 days to process all cut orders prior to shipping.

We cut a 48 x 96 size sheet into the best possible yield for each size.
The sizes can be up to 1/8 inch short, so if you need an absolute exact cut, contact us and we can do it, but we will receive less yield per sheet.

Gator Board is much stronger than regular foam board, but is about the same weight.
